The City of Issaquah has installed a traffic monitoring camera along Second Avenue Southeast. The camera is located within a school zone and will operate between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Anyone cruising above 20 mph will be photographed and videotaped.
The Issaquah Police Department will review every recorded speeding violation before issuing a traffic citation. Warnings will be given out for one month starting on March 16th. Anyone caught after April 13th will be fined $124.00.
